The third floor has a large bedroom comprising 2 separate areas with 4 single beds.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Services included:
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Electricity and water (responsible consumption)

House rules :
- Security deposit: a deposit of 400.00 euros is required for all rentals.
- Mandatory additional charges: final cleaning charge of 150.00 euros.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- The holder of the rental contract must be over 21 years of age. Groups of young people under the age of 21 are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed under conditions.
Terms of payment:
- At the time of booking: deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- 45 days before arrival: balance of 50%.
- 2 days before arrival: deposit refundable after departure.
Cancellation policy:
- 60 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Less than 30 days: no refund
- No-show: 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
- All changes or cancellations must be sent by e-mail.
