CONDITIONS OF SALE
Rental price:
Each accommodation is rented as a whole. In fact, the rental price is not calculated according to the number of people staying.
The obligatory costs are the end-of-stay cleaning charges, the refundable deposit and, where applicable, the pet supplement.
Means of payment:
For the convenience of our customers, we offer several means of payment: bank transfer, card payment by virtual POS or payment gateway directly from our site and by cash.
Rental contract:
In order to provide the best possible service, we provide a rental contract to the client before check-in.
PAYMENT
Prepayment:
At the time of booking, you will be required to make an advance deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking to secure your reservation.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, bank card or by cash at your office.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided in the booking process.
Payment of the rest of the reservation:
The rest will have to be paid up to 30 days from the day of arrival.
Payment is made by the means of payment indicated above.
Deposit:
Payment of the deposit 48 hours before arrival.
We accept payment of the deposit in cash on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be returned within a maximum of 3 calendar days if no damage is found.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in:
Check-in at each accommodation is from 16:30 or 17:00, depending on the booking period and until 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform us in advance. In this case, late arrival charges apply.
We always provide the keys at the accommodation and conduct a full tour of the accommodation with the client who holds the rental contract. The rental contract is also signed during check-in.
Check-out:
Check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00 at the latest.
For the restitution of the deposit, we carry out a check of the flat in the presence of the contract holder.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Notification:
The client must inform us in writing via email of any request for cancellation or change.
Cancellation deadlines:
60 days before arrival: free cancellation.
Between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation.
Less than 30 days: no refund.
No-show:
In case of no-show, as indicated in the previous section, you will have to pay the total amount of the stay.
