LAYOUT
With 446 m² of living space spread over 2 floors, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. This villa is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 en suite bathrooms, as well as plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean days.
Ground flour: Is the main floor of the villa, on the same level as the swimming pool. The ground floor includes a cozy and spacious living room with sofas and armchairs that opens onto the terrace and pool, and a spacious dining room that opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and offers spectacular views of the sea and Calpe's Rock (Peñon de Ifach).
This level also includes 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has its own private balcony, a true cocoon of peace in a green setting.
First flour: Is a completely private space, ideal for a couple. It includes a spacious bedroom with wardrobe and desk, as well as an en suite bathroom and a magnificent private roof terrace with relaxation area and sea views.

The paved driveway leading to the house is lined with columns and decorated with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. There is also a large covered social area with a fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining table for 10, sofa, armchairs and electronic dart board.
A driveway leads to the other side of the house, to the pool area with its terraces and fantastic sea views. The pool area includes a large, modern 9 x 4.5 m saltwater swimming pool. The open, covered terraces have extensive outdoor furniture including a barbecue, tables, sofas, armchairs and sun loungers for relaxing and eating. For shady moments, the terraces are equipped with awnings.
The villa has additional relaxation areas in the garden, as well as a petanque area and table tennis table.
PARKING
Entrance to the property is via an electric gate, giving access to a large area with covered and uncovered parking for 6 cars.

- Mandatory additional charges: final cleaning charge of 200.00 euros.

- The holder of the rental contract must be over 25 years of age. Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted.
- Pets allowed under conditions.
Terms of payment:
- At the time of booking: deposit of 50% of the total amount.
- 45 days before arrival: balance of 50%.
- 2 days before arrival: security deposit refundable after departure.
Cancellation policy:
- 60 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Less than 30 days: no refund
- No-show: 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

--- Wonderful Relaxing Holidays ---
A beautiful villa with all the extras and a fantastic sea view. The kitchen is super equipped! The large pool with outdoor shower/WC was great. The main terrace with a fantastic view. The villa had a great layout and especially the fact that each room had a shower was a plus. We were able to park our cars in the fenced patio under 2 canopies. Overall, we felt that we had one of our best vacations in this villa.
The BestEverything was excellent. Above all, the staff, very very friendly, were very quick to respond to requests, like warmer blankets and questions about the area in just a few minutes. Fabulous.
